After learning the practice of the Mandala of the Five Wisdom Dakinis, Lama Tsultrim encourages students to begin a daily practice of this meditation for the remainder of the course. It is best to do this practice first thing in the morning if your schedule allows. If not, finding a dedicated time to do this meditation each day will be transformative as you move through deeper teachings on each of the Buddha families over the coming weeks.
